Our selling, return and shipping policy

Our product prices includes our handling and administrative charges.You can return new, unopened items from within 1 week after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

In rare cases of delayed parcels, efforts shall be made to trace the packets online through tracking number or through the Postal Authorities and we cannot be held responsible for postal delays in transit which is beyond our control. We reserve the rights to cancel the order, your order cannot be cancelled if it is shipped.

Limitation of liability

Because customer service is paramount to our business, we reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell the products. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer.
